Event Details 

*Registration is required in advance for all guests. Contact your table host for your RSVP link or email mfarmer@covenanthouseak.org

**Online registration closes on Friday, January 17. After that, all confirmed guests registering need to stop at Check In at the event on January 18. 

Event Date: Saturday, January 18, 2025

Location: Marriott Anchorage Downtown 

Attire: Black tie. 

Stay the Night: Click HERE to book a room at the Marriott for a discounted rate. If the room block is showing as full, you may also call 907-792-2110 to book. 

Parking: Please plan a safe ride to and from the event.

We do not have complimentary parking available this year. 

Valet parking is available from the Marriott with a rate of $15/event and $25/overnight.

Timeline

6:00 pm           Event begins (2nd floor)

Check In lines will be available on the 2nd floor at 6pm. Anyone who has not pre-registered prior will go through the check in line.

7:00 pm           Program 

8:00 pm           Live band

11:00 pm         After-Party begins (Exclusive - After Party ticket holders only)

12:00 am         Event ends

1:00 am           After-Party ends (Exclusive - After Party ticket holders only)

Bid Numbers:

Everything at the event will be purchased using the bid number you're given after you register. This includes auction items, raffle tickets, donations and more. You will need to pre-register a credit card to get a bid number.

If you wish to pay cash at the final check-out, you are welcome and able to do so.

Auction: 

Opens Wednesday, January 15. Guests need to complete their RSVP and pre-register a credit card prior to the event, to have access to the auction when it opens.  

Closes Saturday, January 18 at 9:30pm. Guests may pick up their auction items starting after 10pm in the hallway on the 2nd floor.

There are no returns or exchanges for the Mystery Box or items purchased in the auction. Please check expiry or restrictions for any certificates before purchasing.
