Location: Hotel Captain Cook, Main floor ballroom

Attire: Business. Celebrate our garden-themed event with bright colors and spring flair. 

COVID-19 Mitigation: There are no vaccination or testing requirements for this event.

Contactless Check-In: New this year is the opportunity for RSVPed guests to register their credit card ahead of the event so they do not need to stand in line at check in when they arrive. A link to check in will provided to confirmed guests one week before the event. If you haven't received this, check in with your table host. 

Parking: There is metered street parking and various parking lots in the area around Hotel Captain Cook. Valet parking is available at Hotel Captain Cook (not included in your ticket price). 

Auction: 

Opens Monday, April 25. Guests need to complete contactless check-in to bid prior to the event. Check with your table host if you need the link to contactless check-in. 

Closes Thursday, April 28 at 12pm. Auction item pickup begins in the hallway when the event program ends. 

There are no returns or exchanges for items purchased in the auction. Please check expiry or restrictions for any certificates.
