Can I buy tickets at the door?
No. The event is sold out and no tickets will be available at the door.
What is the dress code?
This is a black tie event. Because our theme is Winter White Aurora Night, guests are encouraged to wear white tie or black tie, or dress in white, black or aurora colors.
I see you have a theme. Do I have to dress for it?
Not at all. Because our theme is Winter White Aurora Night, guests are encouraged to wear white or dress in aurora colors, but if you don't wish to do that, wear black tie. Our focus is for you to have a great time!
Do I need to bring cash?
All bars will accept cash and credit cards. Everything else at the event will be purchased using the bid number you're given at the check-in. This includes auction items, raffle tickets, Sponsor Success don

and so on. If you wish to pay cash at
the final check-out, you are welcome
and able
to do so.
I have food allergies. Can you accommodate me?
We've selected a menu with attention to a variety of tastes and common allergies. We hope you will find what you need in the main menu. If you have a specific allergy you'd like to discuss, please send an email by clicking HERE.
What if I don't remember what entrée I chose for dinner?
Don't worry. You'll be given a card at the registration desk that shows which entree you made when your table host confirmed your meal choice.
Can I change my choice of entrée BEFORE the event?
Yes. Send an email by clicking HERE. You can make changes to your choice until January 11, 2020.
Can I change my choice of entrée AT the event?
No, the food order will be submitted ahead of the event so each guest will be served what they selected at the time of their ticket purchase.
I heard you're doing mobile bidding for the silent auction. Will you also have the sheets where I write my bids?
No, all bidding will be done using your smart phone. Don't worry though; you won't need a special app. When the auction opens, you'll receive a text to the mobile phone number you listed in your registration. You'll click a link in that text and the bidding fun begins! If you'd like to see how the process will work, use the menu on the left to visit the How Does Online Bidding Work page.
Why are you using mobile bidding?
Mobile bidding can occur at any location within the event, whether you are in line for the bar, mingling with friends, or even before you arrive at the event. You do not have to be at the auction tables to make a bid which we hope will help make the evening more social for you.
Does mobile bidding work with any device?
Yes, you can bid with any mobile device. With smartphones and tablets, you can browse, search and bid via a web browser. When registering your mobile device, you will be provided a custom URL for bidding purposes. With standard mobile phones, you can bid and receive alerts via text messaging.
What if I do not have a mobile device to bid with at the event?
Volunteers with iPads will be available on-site for those that don't own or don't wish to use a mobile device. They will also be available to assist with questions and bidding.
Am I going to have to stand in line at the end?
At the end of the evening, the check out process will run efficiently because your credit card information will have been entered into our system prior to or at the beginning of the event. We'll have the items you've purchased ready to be ran to you as you leave for the evening.
What time does the event end?
12:00 a.m. After the program is complete, we have a live band for dancing until midnight! Plan to stick around and kick up your heels!
